the huge plasma playing soccer reruns and irritating advertisements is really distracting. and i realise smth surprising, i actually find soccer somewhat interesting.

ahhhhh, i dont want to go back to school. >_< *starts hyperventilating. just worrying about the alot of work they going to throw on us again : /

went to montfort campfire. apparently me n pam are the only sec fours there, and we happily sit at the VIPs, wondering why montfort put aguides beside them : /

i had a great time, because me n pam ran outside the hall halfway through (uh yah, it rained right after the VIP started the fire) and started...playing guitar. talking about guitar, rahh! last week i took home pete's guitar in my guitar bag, and now i took home my guitar in someone's guitar bag : / of course both of us cant really play lah, but we just did lah, and talked, fellowshipped (:

watched tengjen, lester n their fellow scouts band performance, it was not bad lah. after that, me n pam went to their canteen and just talk and actually pray there. heard that they were playing praise song when the campfire end lah, grah, missed it : /

after that, we, w rachel ton were like playing hide n seek, w someone lah.
come running home, soon.

before the campfire, had a great northeast training class taught by freedy and sunny.
learnt that throwing paper balls is super fun. lol. and many great solid stuff lah. especially about a heart of learning and to constantly improve oneself, that part poked me hard.

the caregroup on thurs was fun, im sure kar the birthday girl enjoyed it :D
i bought some party blowers and people really like blowing. made kar change into the clothes we got her. :D



through this holidays, (yah, omg, its ending already! im going back to jail *wails) i learnt alot.
really much more convicted about running the race, not just myself, but w a great team n my cg. learn so much about His irrevocable calling, excited about all the things in Youth. improve a little of time management, a little. touched by many responses.

been disconnected from the "outside world", has been at my dad's workplace since friday.
im not of use there, mum just wants to keep me there so to ground me in a way : /

i think that smth is very horrifying. those mascots suits, or like people dressed up as cartoon characters, like in roadshows? then these people dance n play w you, then you see them pluck off yr fav cartoon's head, and instead, you see a human. if im a kid, i would be horrified. : /

anw, went to music clinic's third anniversary celeb.
like a gathering of all the "super-s"--there's the juedui superstars, campus superstars, superband, super host and even "never say die". you name it, they have it. only lacking spore idol to complete the whole recent idol mania. but i dont watch all the shows, so couldnt really recognise those people. :/

all the music clinic students did great lah, most of them, in the performances xD
oh and music clinic just established a MCrecords, new recording company in spore. they gave each of us a single, a song self composed by the very cool keybordist and sang by 6 of their seniors there.

everyone was all very family there, and me,ying,ber n mak felt like outsiders. >_<
we went running around to find our way home. somehow i enjoy this very much.

weird dream

i had a very very weird dream.

somehow, church office moved to a very ulu building, and i was locked out. like every level got security one.
and then, this week church having some talent time thing.
and james kang went to participate, lol.
his talent was his face. ._. pamela suddenly popped into the dream, saying "dont vote for james pretty face, vote for LEWIS (i dont know why i know its this spelling, dreams are like tt one lah) then somehow, lewis' photo is a dragon. but the dragon is coiled like a doughnut in the dream.
appparently, he's competing as a dragon dancer i guess, lol.
and suddenly, gigi wanted to have a end-june camp, thats $179. and pastor jeff disallowed.

third week of june

my throat has joined my body in its protest.
i got not much voice now. : / horrible, terrible feeling.

but i still rejoice i survived through this week w.o fallling sick, like i normally will.
it all started with my gluttony. ate LJS, mango n ba kwa in the same day, down with a sore throat then.

CLC2 on tuesday and wednesday was really, really fruitful.
felt very convicted to do something great in high school, to impact youths.
its the spirit that matters, not the system, not the structure.
had fun leading a mock caregroup, learnt so much from gi n shirley. shirley's story was amazing.

oh, marcom retreat after WFL in wed was woah!~
its at puaylin's grandparents' place, prestigious condo, bbq pit is electronic ._. and its right next to nafa's campus in town lah.
yihui was the entertainer of the night- and she found her first fan, fan of her lame jokes.
oh, and we realised most of the northeast marcom people come from ZION- yihui, me, tian, pete. yongkang, ex-zionite. there's steven from sajc also.
the satay (jontay's brother. this is yihui's joke, if you dont get it, congrats. you arent in her frequency : P) was very nice.
pete got his well-deserved best of the best designer award (puaylin: ahh, actually i have a hard time choosing, cause all my designers are such nice people! ^_^), and yk got his very well deserved one too, he's so faithful.
enjoyed all their company alot. yeay!

heard the news, i wondered what happened. 3 years ago, i found her irritating, for doing the right thing. but right now, she, they, are gone.

i think it isnt imperfect that our hands cant reach our back properly.

its quite ironic, today morning sent ian off thru sms-es while he was at the airport.
and picked pete, jon and huishan up at the airport in the evening. uh, physically.

i was very high and excited. i love love picking people up (: God tested my patience. yihui and cong were abit late, so, i was bursting w excitement, cause the plane landed in T1 alr, and we hafnt leave T2 yet, haha. so, me n mich laughed at them rushing--christmas tree running up an escalator. xD

mich wanted to chain me down, cong wanted to stuff fries in my mouth and strangle me : /
they never see me high before i guess.
and i still went "ha, i normally very sane one", which was exactly what pamela told cong when she went high during camp. and, cong was being very mean to yihui. >: / but it was very very funny, hahahaha.

very very unglam-ly skipped to jon and waved hi, whoops. rushed to pete and took a photo w him w the rest. ran to huishan and hugged her ^_^
she and jon got me BACON LAYS. haha, cool loh. apparently lays there also has spring onion flavour.

first day in days i enjoyed a good and simple day.

the camp rocked.

on monday and tuesday, there were gamemasters meetings..
tue, which is the day before camp, i was sitting in PGP hall, and was very touched by everyone's efforts. jiancong looked like he nv sleep for ten days, huiying looked like she never sleep for five days. ._. decor team, actually painted all the encounter! boards that we see (it looks like printed ok) and cut all the styrofoam circles and painted em. the worship team was practising very hard, mama shop people moving stuff, etc etc.
thank God for you guys!

day one: pangseh-ed the gamemasters tying the 4000 water bombs to meet up w zion. sorry, sorry. : / dashed to the track in NUS and they hit 2000 alr, contd after lunch.. and so, the war game began aft the telematch and minigames, and ended with: "ATTACK GAMES COM!" and so, we ended up becoming the wettest of all. but it was very shiok. : D

highlight of the day was the altar call at night.

it reminded me so much. true, last year this timing, i was still disconnected from church. its amazing how He works. and im so very grateful.

we kneeled and prayed, and i prayed hard for them.

and i know His calling is irrevocable, i'll fulfill my dreams in Him.

sng was the guest performer and i went o.0 when they started sitting in a circle n chanting smth onstage : / i dont understand what they were doing, lalala. there was a row of middle-aged people in front of us and they were very entertaining. one woman will cover her ears and move forward whenever we cheer, and it makes us (me) want to cheer more.

went for lunch with pam, huitian and sarah before the sports carnival at ljs at np. we cabbed down to yishun stadium and on the way, saw a guy, shud be sec one, looking at a pc of paper and walking in the opposite direction from the stadium. wanted to pull dwn the window n scream, but decided its too unglam. i wonder what happened to him..

was the worst year in 4.
it actually rained this year. and the wet weather programme, obviously impromptu, was stare at the councillors dance. nth bad abt it lah, geraldine, you go, girl! : D

sec one, sportscarnival was high, because new what, never had before in sec sch.

sec three, seniors like 4/3`05, 4/5`05, etc were very high. so u sit there watch them high also high.
this year, we s t o n e. cept during our class' two events. haha, 4/4 rocked telematch.
and 4/4 and 4/5 were running after mr wong. ^_^ i ran along too.

oh, and somehow, all the pts mentioned during worship really refresh me alot, all hit on sutff i have been thinking abt recently. oh, i got like, 3 packs of gummies from kar. : D

oh, then me n pamela cabbed back to school for speechday. and we were very excited to see all the seniors o.0 yah, i know its may alr, but we still miss having them ard. the school seem alot more lively today. we were roaming ard sch and being nostlagic, hoho. then sat with bernice n renying etc so speechday wasnt that boring.

well, i still dont know why the school has the tradition of inviting the ex-andersonians back as ahem, distinguished guests. but if their motive is to motivate us through the very-nice uniforms they came back with, then yes, they have suceeded ._. tonnes of vjc, ajc, njc. woah.
and yupeng, the very cool 7 pointer thats in poly now.

when we sang the sch song, its very woahh. cause the seniors too long never sing already lah, sang super loud. and i actually feel some sense of pride to be part of the people, somehow.

on wednesday, guides had the official handover ceremony. thankyou kf1 for yr wonderful presents. : D

and the food was not bad. creative combi. lalala.















this time round, very little people cry. (the numbers are decreasing everyyear)
had great pres from ber n jo and cards from the rest. me n ber actually (cheapskate-ly) got the same present, but different receipients. anw huixin do know me quite well i guess, i do think that the system is screwed, but i do take away great memories and friendships from this 4 years.
